Project Description
ClearyDoyle was delighted to recently hand over another quality Design & Build rapid build affordable housing project to Wicklow County Council.
All 36 houses in the scheme at Greenhill Road, Wicklow, are low-energy homes, each with an A2 Building Energy Rating (BER). ClearyDoyle carried out the work under a Public Works Contract for Building Works Designed by the Contractor.
Speaking about the project, Brian Byrne, Joint Managing Director, ClearyDoyle, commented, “The Greenhill Road scheme adds another 36 affordable housing units in Wicklow town. These much-needed homes we have delivered for Wicklow County Council were immediately sold to individual purchasers who met the qualifying criteria.
