Started on site in December 2021, ClearyDoyle recently handed over the 14-unit Cedar Court apartments at Schools Road, Bray, to client Wicklow County Council.
The 14-unit low-energy social housing project was undertaken as a Design & Build contract and required substantial groundworks before construction could begin.
This is another successful residential scheme that ClearyDoyle has recently completed for Wicklow County Council. Other recent projects include Greenhill Road, Wicklow, and Jameson Heights, Kilmacanogue. Jameson Heights was highly commended last year in the inaugural Towards Net Zero Building Awards
The client team on Cedar Court included Employers Representative Hayes Higgins Partnership; civil and structural engineer McMahon Associates; quantity surveyor Lawlor Burns & Associates; and building services engineer Matt O’Mahony & Associates.
The ClearyDoyle project team comprised Paul Byrne Architects and DRA Consulting Engineers, with building services by Fallon Design and fire safety consultancy by Staples Owley Ltd.
