Homeless Care CLG
“I congratulate ClearyDoyle on the successful completion of our project at Jiggenstown, Naas, on its due date.
On behalf of the Directors of Homeless Care CLG, I thank ClearyDoyle for their first-class collaboration and cooperation during the construction process and the excellent construction standards achieved.
The project, which consisted of the reconstruction/refurbishment of the dilapidated farmhouse and outbuilding to 12 no. studio apartments and an administration building, all to cater for young homeless adults, presented its own challenges as old buildings can do, all of which were handled expeditiously and with expertise.”
John Cradock, Managing Director, John Cradock Limited; and Director/Chairman, Homeless Care CLG.

Maynooth University
“We [Maynooth University] recently completed a large refurbishment project on campus, with ClearyDoyle as the main contractor. The works involved the conversion of 9 no. existing computer science laboratories into new state-of-the-art teaching spaces (along with the full refurbishment and extension of ground and first-floor toilet facilities/new glazed entrance and revolving door).
The works were completed under an extremely tight programme – commencing in July, and all rooms were fully operational for the following semester in September. The project was completed within budget and programme.
At all times, ClearyDoyle approached the project with a solutions-based approach and were extremely accommodating to any requests from ourselves and worked very closely with in-house departments (Audio Visual, Computer Centre, Security, Health & Safety) to close out the project.
It was a pleasure to work with ClearyDoyle on this job, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with them again in the future.”
Seán Nolan Architect, Campus Planning & Development Office, Maynooth University.
Paul Byrne Architects
