ClearyDoyle was delighted to recently hand over another quality Design & Build social housing project to client Wicklow Country Council.

All units in the scheme at Avondale, Rathdrum, Co Wicklow, are low-energy houses, each with an A2 Building Energy Rating (BER).

ClearyDoyle carried out the work under a Public Works Contract for Building Works Designed by the Contractor.

The Avondale project was delivered using off-site manufacturing, new digital construction technologies as well as lean construction practices.
